I would love to use this blog, at least in part, to highlight local events (in both Jefferson county where I live and South County where I grew up), particularly the smaller ones that may not get as much notice elsewhere. If you hear of a local festival, family activity, or your church is having an family related event that is open to the community, etc. just send me an email at marielay@gmail.com.
