A few months ago I received a sample of Kiss This Lip Conditioner: Blueberry Delight from the Etsy store, Vixen and Venus.  Since I tend to be a lip balm/gloss hoarder (really, I need a 12 step group for the tendency!) I set it aside to use when I finished my current supply.   I picked it up recently and have been carrying it around, using it on a regular basis — and it’s wonderful!  It has the most wonderful soft feeling to it going on, it smells delicious and it tastes good when I’m wearing it.  Which is more then I can for a lot of the “commercial” lip glosses which often taste rubbery or plasticity.

I went to visit the Vixen and Venus Etsy store and although I don’t see any of the wonderful Lip Conditioner for sale (sigh) the store does offer several other tempting items including this divine sounding L amour du chocolat Moisturizing Body Scrub:

And these lovely delicate Sweet Hearts Body Melts that would be perfect for Valentines Day:

I really want this Angel Roll On Perfume that smells, according to the description at the store, “velvety, sugary-sweet confection with a delicate, sweet vanilla finish. (Smells like a Marshmallow but better!)”  That sounds sooo good!

And, finally, I think the Vegetable Protein Deodorant sounds like a great alternative to the commercial products that never seem to work all that well and often cause me to break out in a rash due to whatever chemicals may be in them!   This particular deodorant is made with a vegetable protein that is, according to the description, “free of aluminum or bacteriacides that have been a concern with long term use.”  I think that would be well worth a try!

Vixen and Venus has been in business since 2004 and has a 100% satisfaction rating.  I love that the products are made with of high quality, often natural, ingredients and some products have vegan options available.
